How often is the data in Engage updated?

The data presented in Engage, related to the panel/panelists, is updated every 24 hours, around 6:30 A.M. (UTC+1). The freshness of the data is calculated up to 00:00 A.M. (UTC+1) prior to the update.

The Registration Hits data found on the Overview and Recruitment Information pages is also calculated up to 00:00 A.M. (UTC+1). The range of data available is either from the creation of a panel or the 20th September 2012, if the panel was created prior to this date. Only data that comes from a regular Cint provided registration section can be tracked.

Any settings that you change in either Panel Settings (including mail templates) or User settings (available if you click on your username, after logging in) will be updated as soon as you save the settings within Engage.
