Exporting the whole panel data generates a .zip archive with the panel data and a decoder file. In the decoder file you will find all the profiling questions and variables for the chosen panel. The data in the first column is a key for each question and will be mapped to a column in the data file.
The name of the .zip archive includes the full name of the panel and the date when it was exported, to help you organize your files easier.
Decoder file:
- PanelQuestion: Key for a question that is used in the data file
- Category: Category that a question belongs to
- QuestionText: Text for a question
- VariableText: Text for variables that belong to a question
- LocalAnswer_ID: Shows the order of variables in a question. 1 means that a variable is shown first.
Data file:
- Panelist id: A unique id for each panelist throughout the Cint platform
- Member id: A member id for each panelist inside a panel.
- E-mail address: A panelists email address
- Created: The date when a panelist was created
- Gender: Gender of a panelist. 1 means male and 2 means female
- Postal code: Postal code where a panelist resides
- Year of birth: The year a panelist was born
- Occupation: A panelist's occupation. What the variable number relates to can be found in the decoder file
- Education: A panelist's education.What the variable number relates can be found in the decoder file
- First Name. A panelist's first name
- Last Name. A panelist's last name
- Address. A panelist's address
- Recruitment Source. The source of recruitment of a panelist. Blank if recruitment tracking not used.
- PQ_{NUMBER}: Each column displays what a panelist has answered for that particular question. The question and the variable texts can be found in the decoder file.
