WordPress site conflict with recruitment parameter

There is a known issue with trying to use the recruitment source 's' parameter on a WordPress site. WordPress treats this as a search as it has reserved the same parameter name.

For this reason, we have a secondary supported recruitment parameter. By replacing the query string 's' with 'recruitment' on the URL, it will function as intended.
