What is a panel activity report?
A panel activity report can be used to retrieve the respondent activity of your panel for a time period of maximum 31 days.
How can it be used?
Depending on your integration, the panel activity report might be used for different purposes.
E.g. if you're using our hosted solution then you might want to see how many respondents of your panel that received a 'complete' or a 'quota full' status during the past 31 days.
How do I retrieve the report?
1. Please start with selecting the panel from where you wish to retrieve the data by clicking on the 'Panel pane'. Please note that the data can only be retrieved on a panel level.
2. Please select a time window of maximum 31 days that you wish to retrieve data from.
3. Please select the data points that you wish to include in your report from the 'Respondent statuses', 'Panel/Panelist choices' and 'Project choices' sections. You may include multiple data points by pressing down the 'CTRL' button when making the selection.
4. To generate the report, simply just click on the green 'Enqueue report'.
5. Please go to the 'Downloads' section in order to find your generated report.
What if I would like to retrieve a panel activity report covering more than 31 days? Let's say 1 year?
You will need to retrieve several reports using the date panes In order to cover a wider time frame than the 31 days, preferably doing one month at a time and then combining the data once the reports have been downloaded.
In addition, please ensure that you've selected 'survey started' and 'survey completed' to ensure that you will have a date/time stamp for each respondent if you wish to combine several reports.
