A reversal happens when the client rejects a survey complete on quality-related grounds. Our quality team will review all claims made by a client when it comes to quality before action is taken on the panelist's account.
Common quality issues include;
- The information the user provided does not match their demographics
- They failed quality control questions
- They speed through the survey
- They give untruthful answers
- They do not give detailed answers where required or write nonsensical answers
- It is clear they have given random answers (e.g on multi checkbox questions)
Once reviewed by our quality team the status of the survey status will be updated accordingly and the survey payment will be reversed for the panelist and the partner, as we will no longer be paid for the complete. This will be shown as Quality Terminate or Fraudulent status on Cint's hosted panel and as Denied on Your-Surveys. On Your-Surveys the panelist will also lose 20 quality for each rejected survey.
