Panelists who redeem within 10 days of their first completed survey

If your panelist cashed out their reward but have not received it yet, it is possible this is due to the date of their first survey completion as well as the date of their withdrawal.

When a panelist redeems within 10 days after they have completed their first survey, we withhold the payment for 10 business days before it will process. This is one of many security measures Cint has taken to fight fraud.
