Quality scores reflect a panelist survey accuracy based on the last 3 months of survey activity, this will only include surveys and adjustments made within a 3 month time frame.
All users will start with a score of 100, their score will increase +1 per survey completed but will decrease for actions such as:
- Failing quality checks
- Entering conflicting information
- Speeding
- Rejected Surveys
- Opening multiple surveys at the same time
Quality Scores are updated in real-time with past quality adjustments expiring after 3 months.
For example:
01/01/2021: Failed Quality Control = -10 Quality Score
04/01/2021: Score Adjustment = +10 Quality Score
For rejected surveys, the adjustments expiration will go by the date of the original survey completion date.
For example:
01/01/2021: Survey Completed
02/01/2021: Rejected Survey = -20 Quality Score
04/01/2021: Score Adjustment = +20 Quality Score
A panelist can keep track of their quality score changes by clicking on their quality score. When viewing their quality score history on the right side of each entry they will see how many days are left for that entry to expire, such as 89d, 88d, etc.
